Fresh Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup whole or light sour cream (I like Daisy brand all natural)
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Dried dill
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
a little salt if desired

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate a few hours before using. Taste, and adjust seasonings. Store covered in refrigerator. This is a great recipe and you don't get sugar and preservatives like they add to store ranch dressings.
